M42A1 Blackbear

Official USA M42A1 Blackbear tank concept art I created for Marcher: Empires at War.

To put this tank in its natural habitat of muddy European terrain, I took inspiration from films like Fury and went with a dark, cold, moody colour palette. I added a blur effect for the barbed wire at the front to create depth of field. Near the end of the project, I tried adding a fiery orange glow to the horizon as a nice contrast against the overall coldness.

And yes, the soldier is to scale. The M42 is just that big.
