Tuji Art is the name I use for my artwork and commissions. “I” and “me” mean the independent artist behind Tuji Art. These terms apply when you use this website. If you commission a piece, the quote and any written agreement for that project also apply.
I try to keep the website information accurate and current, but artwork, prices, availability and other details may change. This site is a portfolio and source of information about my work and services.
My artwork and original website content are protected by copyright. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, copyright in commissioned artwork remains with me.
You may display commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use, including sharing it on personal social media with credit to Tuji Art. Commercial use, resale, merchandise, advertising or licensing to others needs a separate written agreement. Please contact me before reproducing or reposting artwork from this website.
The Commission page describes my usual pricing, workflow, payment and revision process. Before work begins, I will confirm the scope and quote with you. Any project-specific agreement will set the agreed deliverables and schedule. Refunds and other remedies remain subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
When you submit the Contact or Commission form, I receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. I use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage any resulting commission.
The forms are processed by EmailJS and forwarded to my email inbox. EmailJS may process your submission and related technical request data; its privacy policy says personal data may be transferred to the United States. Read the EmailJS Privacy Policy.
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect browser, device and site-usage information. See Google Analytics data safeguards.
I keep enquiry messages and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the work. For a privacy question, or to ask about information you have submitted, email me at [email protected].
